Don't Buy Any kind of Material here. Worst Quality service.
Bata brand is good but in this store they are spoiling brands Value.
After Sale Service is very very bad. Even they changes there statements in minutes & seconds.third class service. I had buy a formal shoes before few months ago now that shoes soul is crack they are not replacing soul demanding charges for replacing. At time of buying they said 1 year warranty and now they saying warranty is only for 3 months only.
Beware friends before visiting this Store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales staff is very casual and not interested in attending to customers. Mostly they are busy amongst themselves. This is common irrespective of store being crowded or not. Poor customer handling skills and client management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience with the store.The product was not available at the store so the manager ordered online.But after few days tge ordered was cancelled by the manager himself without any notice to us also didnt pay back the money.After asking for the same the store in charge person returned the money from his own pocket.There is no online revert by the company or any kind response.

Bought a leather belt witch broke in a month. Didn't get refund or replacement for it.
