The behaviour of manager was very rude, feel like nt to enter bata show jayanagar th block. Very worst sevice by manager. Is not right place for customer service. Very worst and pathetic service, manager doesn't deserve manager post. Bata company like look into it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Jayanagar 4th block bata showroom near 4th block bus stand, for purchase of shoe it was damage instead of that i went for exchange d, manager shouted at me like anything no patience in hanging customer.he is not capable to be manager, I feel manager is not qualified for the post I return back wit tears and diappointed.i payed money but return with empty hand, kindly take action on manager.that means after purchase.i shouldn't enter for exchange. I assure never I will enter bata showroom again in my life.kindly give solutions on this .and I want to tel about 3rd block people bata showroom very good at behaviour they alway greet me .

When a customer says they don't want a paper bag as we have our own bag but still the store manager charges for the bag and stealthy steals INR 6 into his own pocket or pocketed it unethically into store records. Imagine the level of customer trust that's lost and god knows what'll he's cheated and stolen from the store that he works for.
I'm very sure he would have surely conned many people in similar fashion.
P.S. - I'm not too worried about the INR 6 instead I would think I have donated him or to the store as charity. I should have checked the invoice then and there which is a mistake on my part.
Please be ethical to a customer because of which you are earning your daily needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to use some e-vouchers for buying hush puppies formal shoe (4500 bucks). I redeemed the my CC points but the vouchers didn't come. Jaggesh (store manager) asked me to take the shoes home and send the vouchers when I get them. They came on the 2nd day after buying and i sent them, they sent the e-bill. This kind of trust from a store, I saw after a long long time! Thank you !!
