★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have really been fond of Bata collection but really disappointed with the customer service. Within some days of use the product gave complaints and the salesperson refuse proper action.
Similar incident which happened with the same brand but was correctly addressed by salesperson(different BATA shop at a different location).
Genuinely requesting customers to go over to a different location rather than this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rates are std as it's a Bata outlet. User-friendly staff and quality products this makes them unique. If products are out of stock then they will arrange it via online. In other words no disappointment for the transaction of Bata product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the daily shoes from the starting range of 700 to 1000 are of bad quality. Wore for 3 days for an average of 4 hrs and there was a tear right around the toe. Fortunately they exchanged it for same product but that's only one time exchange

I was looking for a pair of formal black leather shoes (Article no: 824-6337). I liked the pair and it was within my budget. I was almost going to purchase them but then discovered a small scratch on the corner of the front portion of right shoe. When I asked them for a new pair, they asked me to wait. I waited for almost 15-20 minutes but were very poor in responding. Finally they said they would bring me a new pair. After another 10-15 minutes, Mr. Prateek got the same pair of shoes but had nicely polished them to make it look like a new one. When I pointed out he claimed it's not the same one. I could clearly understand from the mark that was still visible that those were the same pair. He offered me to bring another pair leaving the polished ones with me, to which I agreed. After waiting for another 15 minutes, finally the boy said "sorry we do not have another pair." After this I lost trust on these guys. They could have simply told me that they do not have another pair and I could have happily left the place. But they tried to cheat me by polishing and handing over the same pair and more importantly wasted my time - over 45 minutes. I trusted Bata as a brand, but this dent on their salesmanship will be really hard to forget. I will think twice before coming to Bata ever again. I've lost Bata's reputation as a customer. Just wanted to bring it here so that everyone benefits. Don't get trapped by their sweet marketing. These guys deserve a punch on their face.
