★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Less options for kids. I went there few days before to buy shoes for kids but no one came to attend.However after I approached the sales person,he helped.But the overall vibes were cold. I anyways picked up shoes and selected a bag for later purchase. The exchange due to size was hassle free. Yesterday night I went to buy bag and was late by one minute and their shutter was half closed.Inspite of telling them I will only take 2 min,they refused entry and they were not even ready to come and speak.It looks like they have a lot of customers and loosing a sale doesn't effect them .Anyways not a very great experience.I don't think I will be going again to that store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a regular visitor at this outlet of Bata and was very happy with the people who used to be there. Today I visited the showroom but the indifferent attitude of the salesmen there surprised me.I was in in the showroom for about fifteen minutes and these guys were not even bothered to come up and show me the things that I had asked for. But they were comfortably chatting in the phone as if they are leisurely sitting at home. I just couldn't approve their attitude and I left the showroom saying to myself that I would never this visit place again.
I really appreciate the kind of welcome I used to receive when the show room was managed by the previous group.
