★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can understand that the staff is busy, but that doesn't mean my request should be bounced around the entire staff. For example, I asked them to show me Hush Puppies shoes which they didn't shoe me for some minutes, after which I myself picked it up and checked. The person whom I requested for showing shoes ran to other customers and other staff member came to show me shoes, this happened for 15-20 mins.
Only at the time of payment they paid at full attention to me.
So even though store is good, customer experience is bad.
