★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not provide any after sales service. My shoes were torn so I went here.. the waranty was already over but I was ready to pay for the service. But they told me we dont provide repair service if there is any problem we replace the shoes in 3 months. After that we are not responsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great collection but the staff is very rude & unprofessional at this store. I wanted to buy a flip flop which was at no discount & upon checking on bata website I saw that the same was on 40% discount so I showed him the same and they back answered me. Think about it being a consumer what would you go with? And that too in times when most of have been unemployed due to pandemic.

But I was unlucky as I didn't get my shoe size which is 3.
They said they have to order n will take 3 days to come but I needed it the exactly next day so had to go to another shop to buy
