β β β β β There are a lot of footwear option on offer here. But mind you they isn't affordable. I bought a pair of leather sandals for 2.2k and the sole came out in less than a month. They accepted it for free repairs and despite regular follow up didn't return it for more than 2 months before offering a credit note to purchase anything else. The new sandals I bought was informed to be of βΉ3.6K by sales person but was come out to be of βΉ4K at the time of billing. A strict no no for your footwear purchases unless you have plenty of time and money to spend (waste).

β β β β β Metro Shoes used to be a Premium Brand Showroom few years back - the ambience, the look and feel of the store proved that, along with the quality of services from the Salesmen on the floor.
But now, unfortunately, it has gone downhill in all the departments mentioned above. The collection and variety of footwear, number of luxury and premium brands has gone down. The Salesmen also have a LAZY kind of approach towards customers (For Example: "Sir, yehi hai... lena hai toh lo...." kind of attitude), which is a huge difference from earlier years, where 3-4 Salesmen would come together and help you find the best shoes and show you ALL of their stock in the store.
These are the differences that the customers notice carefully and then shift to shopping ONLINE or in SHOPPING MALLS.
I and my family had been shopping from this store since almost 10 years, but I don't think that will be the case now.

β β β β β The variety of footwear is good but are expensive and not upto the mark in terms of quality. The one that I purchased had a brown in-sole and the color started fading off in just 2 weeks.

I bought formal shoes of brand ID 6 months back.
The quality of product is very poor. Stitches at some plates started are worn out and shoes is getting damage.
Shopkeeper is not co-operative and trying to blame on me for improper usage.
If permitted I would give minus rating as they don't even match for zero. 1 star is selected to enable posting of thus message.
Will never buy shoes from this place again.
