★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic behaviour of staff in Bata's Gaur City Mall Store. First of all its a small store and have limited stock, secondly its staff is terribly lazy. If you ask to bring any shoe on display in your size they will behave like you've asked for their kidney...
Wanted to slap their staff, but my wife and kid were with me.
Pathetic experience, a must avoid shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's good as the collection is good. Male,female and kids shoes and sandles are available along with ladies purse. It's quite small looks like an extended counter of any big showroom. It seems little uneasy to see such a bata shop inside a mall. We are habituated to see big showrooms of bata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited bata shoroom at Gaur city mall and it was a pleasing experience with good variety and less crowd . The time was well spent and being a bata club member was able to redeem a coupon discount on my shopping. Great experience and good footwear. Staff could have been more courteous as I felt they were bit burned out and not helping with a smiling face.
