There are places you visit and you instantly fall in love with.. Bathinda Junction is one such place! This place has open setup and the breeze and the sun just enhances the beauty of this place! Phew! finally a place in Bangalore where you have to clean your upper lips while sipping a 'Thick Punjabi Lassi' .. The sitting is comfy and from downright Charpais/ Khatiyas to the table set-up, the choice is all yours! We were missing out the typical Highway wala Dhaba experience from a long time and this one definitely satiates that! . Coming to the food tried their Honey Chilli Potato! Veg Bullet Stuffed Tangri Kebabs Tandoori Chicken Rajma Chawal Amritsari Kulcha Butter Chicken Paneer Butter Masala Rara Chicken Butter Naan Laccha parantha The scrumptious meal ended with two katoras of Punjabi Choori, a jaggery based dessert made of sweet crumbled rotis with loads of Ghee ( Duh!!)

I visited this place for a Saturday lunch with my friends. Luckily our group was a combination of vegetarians & non-vegetarians, hence we were able to try their both veg & non starters and main-course. AMBIENCE: Combination of charpai (cot) as well as table-chair seating setup. The walls are colored and decorated in a way to give a pakka punjabi dhaba look. Peppy punjabi songs are played in the background while you binge on the delicious food spread. They also have a wall-mounted projector for broadcasting matches or other things. We tried: > Sweet Lassi - The mandatory thing at a Punjabi Dhaba STARTERS (VEG): > Honey Chilli Potato > Veg Bullet - Bullet (cartridges) shaped crunchies made with cabbage and carrot and generously topped with spices. MAIN COURSE (VEG): > Paneer Butter Masala - Paneer was soft and the gravy was mildly sweet and creamy, giving a velvety feel to it. > Rajma Chawal STARTERS (NON VEG): > Stuffed Chicken Tangri Kebab - Tangri kebab stuffed with minced chicken. > Tandoori Chicken MAIN COURSE (NON VEG): > Butter Chicken - The gravy of Butter Chicken was thick in consistency & slightly towards the sweeter side. For people who love butter laced gravies, it's heaven. The chicken leg piece was tender, soft & juicy. > Rara Chicken - Flavorful dish with thick curry, spiced up with cardamoms, yoghurt & whole red chillies. BREADS: > Amritsari Kulcha - From the look of it appears you can easily finish 2 slices of Amritsari Kulcha but it was generously loaded with spiced vegetable stuffings and topped with sesame seeds & coriander leaves, that one was enough. > Butter Naan > Tandoori Roti DESSERT: > Choori - A sweet dish made with left-over crumbled rotis, fried in ghee with jaggery. PS:- If you're looking for a roof-top restaurant with a typical dhaba feel and authentic punjabi food, then this is the place to be in.

This place has nice dhaba style ambience with cozy seating. This is Roof top seating and has cot like seating and normal chair seating. They do have projector to stream tv on wall during Cricket matches. Coming to food- Tried veg bullet starter - veggie stuffed dry starter served with chutney tastes good. Honey chilli potato was really good perfect blend of sweet and we'll cooked potato. Paneer butter masala with butter naan and amritsar kulcha was amazing, especially Amritsar kulcha was loaded with mukti grains and tasted too good. Teri south churi was unique and delicious made out of parata crumbs, jaggery and ghee.

I’ve tried out this location a few different times and can say with certainty that the food quality and quantity is amazing for the price. Their veg thalis are great and any non-veg item you get will be spectacular. I have visited them for lunch and dinner over the weekends and there’s usually an empty restaurant other than a couple of other customers. Most of their orders seem to be for delivery. The ambience of the restaurant itself if sub-par. While they try to show off the Punjabi dhaba aesthetic, it seems very lack luster. They have a projector and screen available but I’ve never seen anything played on it. It would be a good idea for them to do movie nights to attract more customers. Their hand washing area could use some help too as all of the taps seem to be broken yet functional. I would also like to point out that this is a rooftop restaurant with no elevator access. If you are someone who has trouble climbing stairs, this might not be the place for you to dine in-person as there’s around 4 flights of stairs to conquer before reaching the restaurant. I’ve ordered delivery from them before, and while the food is amazing, they are not as accommodating for delivery as they are for dine in. For instance, they’ll allow you to substitute certain items when dining in but are reluctant to do so when ordering delivery. I’ve had to call them and convince them to substitute simple items in my order when it could have been an easy switch. Overall, would definitely recommend them for their food, but their service and ambience could definitely use some work

Well, I was not pleased with the aloo paratha stuffed with dough and less aloo, I thought of eating carrot halwa. What could be wrong there. Then I found this metal fiber, used as a vessel washing scrub, in my food. No more ordering from your restaurant.
