★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been a long I'm visiting this salon, but really felt strange knowing that they also use 2 groups of products,
As I called in the morning to Oshiwara salon and asked for the package I always go for and then for discount and to confirm the same I called the bandra branch for re checking the price difference was huge...
I asked the branch manager alka she was so rude and arrogant and then I was been informed that we charge you coz we give you premium products.
Now I don't understand if I am going for the facial service and going for 1 brand how can 2variant and for 1 particular product exist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited for the very first time every staff is having good heart they are best at their work Soni is very sweet kind person she did hair treatment for my hairs so after Washing hairs at home still it is same straight as she said she did her best I liked my hairs alot she is very fast in her work ~ Ankita & alka is also very nice good & polite over all Good experience ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited bay leaf for hair straightening and waxing. Soni was the hairstylist she was very patient,humble and polite and experienced. Didn’t hurry even though it took a lot of time because my hair was long and has lot of volume. Pinky who did my waxing was also experienced and did the service very nicely. Overall had a 5/5 experience at bay leaf salon Oshiwara.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good salon. Reasonable price with good service. I visited this salon with 3 friends we all were very happy with the service. I was attainded by Gulnar. Her facial was superb i was more than satisfied with her. Further she made me comfortable and was very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a pathetic service and staff is so arrogant... They have manicurist who are assigned hair cuts..I went for an advanced hair cut and all she did was cut fringes and a little bit of lenght.
When I complained she said u asked no layers i said obviously I already have layers cut in my hair why would I go for another layer.
I told her u can't cut fringe and call it an advanced haircut then the manager comes and tells me for us fringes are also advanced haircut.
I was shocked. I told her I could have done this at home she is literally telling me why did u bother to come here u should have done it at home. I left immediately without taking any more service my hair were semi wet i didn't even bother for a blow dry which was part of the package.
Please please don't visit this particular branch.
Extremely rude and arrogant staff who are not even a % trained.
Please teach your staff some basic manners and keep actual hairstylist where they know exactly what customer wants.
Even after showing them pics they confidently say yes we can do it and in the end ruin up your hair
Manager needs a reality check that customer are paying she ain't giving us a free service.
She should either be thrown out or put back into training
