★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They dont have any idea about hair treatments... Just ruined my hair twice in a month! Although their waxing and threading packages are good... But I would never recommend anyone to go there for any hair treatments!

It was value for money not only for the products but for the exceptional service by Apeksha (Salon Manager) and Team. Kudos !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took the head to toe service and when they used bleach it was irritating me and they ignored and they did waxing nd till the time bleach was on my face.after service when I returned home skin irritation started and I had to consult the skin doctor after 3 days as it symptoms did not subside...very unpreoffessional approach i must say of these people...as doctor told me ur skin is peeling bcs it has burnt....it took one nice month for my skin to recover and good amount of money too... They don't deserve one star also....new comer were attending the customers and others were chilling...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited the Borivali branch recently. Vaishali and her team was extremely nice, coordial, professional and patient throughout the process. Their packages are customisable, after every 4 services of same time the 5th one is on them. Definitely will recommend and visit again. Kudos to the team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on your name and location I decided to visit your Parlor. But it was my worst experience ever. I felt i just paid you for nothing. The female who did my facial just was in a hurry to finish her work, she did not even know what product will suit the skin type. Since the time i used you facial i got so may pimples on my face still struggling to get rid of it. And underarms waxing she has burnt it all... it has all got black. If they had no time or has to leave they could have asked me not take the service the same day, just for the sake of doing they just did manicure and pedicure all the dead skin is still there. In fact i could so better pedicure than them at home.
Talking about the Hair Spa, common dude we come to the parlor to get some pampering and not to get more torched. This has been my worse experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t deserve even one star. I had the worst hair cut of my life today. Did not expect this kind of service from this salon. I had asked for layers but seems like the lady had no experience at all. The salon should have at least refunded my money back but they didn’t. I can cut my own hair better than this. In addition to this, they ruined my friend’s eyebrows too!
