★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved the haircut I got from Rachana. She is an amazingly sweet person and helps with the style we ask for. She is quite skilled and I loved how she took time and care to give me a nice haircut, although I have thin and frizzy hair and there isn't much you can do with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh Rachna is the best at what she does. I have been going to her for over 10 years now and she has never disappointed me. From hair cut to styling to hair treatment she does a fabulous job. I do not trust anyone else with my hair. I haven't been staying in Mumbai for over 6 years but I still always visit her Everytime I am in town. Thank You Rachna for taking away the stress of managing my hair. I am so glad I found you.

It's been little over 22 years that I've been going to Rachana's, and in these years, I may have changed cities, countries, locations, everything, but even if I have to, I will wait & I have waited for a year or two, BUT would get a cut and color only from Rachana and no one else, no matter what! No one else knows what a client wants with such attention to detail, other than Rachana. The moment I enter the salon I'm literally treated like a celebrity, her staff will fuss over me, give me the best service possible, and treat me like their own. And it's not just me, in all these years, I've seen many many clients walk in those doors and all are welcomed like family. Love listening to Maria Aunty's Bollywood annecdotes through the years, Rachana's love for philosophy and music, and her sister, Sapna's warmth and homeliness always brings me back. In all honesty, I did try and visit salons closer home like Enrich, JCB, for convenience, but with all due respect, the staff's skills, their products, their preciseness and affection is unmatched. The way they fuss over their clients, is something I've never seen before.
My biggest regret is Rachana couldn't do my hair and make up as a bride. My entire family, both my sisters, Anita and Sharna have looked like a million bucks at their wedding, thanks to her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolute magician! I first visited Rachana 14 years ago for a haircut and there's been no looking back. A time when poker straight hair was the 'in thing', she made me fall in love with my natural wavy hair. Every haircut so far has been an absolute delight. She understands your hair and your personality, the time and effort you're willing to put in, before suggesting any styles or treatments. It's been 14 years, and I get my haircuts only and only from Rachana. Really happy to have found her and her expertise!

She genuinely advices her customers and guides them what is best for them unlike other parlours who eye on customer's pocket and intent only to make money and serve the least. She has trained her team excellently. They are really friendly and will give you the best.
