★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service…had booked 2 pedicures and asked them for simultaneous services, the person said that come an hour later for simultaneous services…after reaching, they had only one pedicure chair available out of the two and they asked me to take service in the other section…after going, the therapist bought home service pedicure tub and asked me to sit on a hair station chair…I denied getting my service done…even after taking the appointment as per the availability, they expect you to take the service in a such way…why would I spend so much and go to the salon when I get to experience the same way like a home service.

They should tell the customer that hair wash is not included in the hair cut price.
And there charges are very high.
Even with appointment I had to wait for 30 min.
I was expecting a good service but this is very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 4 bungalows branch service is beyond pathetic and unprofessional. After booking a home service they first called to convince me to cancel my booking and go for salon service, well if I could go to salon I wouldn't asked for home service. Also, 15 mins before the appointment, they call to tell me that they can't send someone for home service because my address doesn't fall in their radius (which is incorrect because this is not the first time they are sending someone over)
My question is, if u guys don't want to provide home service then why even keep the option. Because such attitude discourages one to use ur service again. I'd suggest for those looking for professional service, 4 bungalows branch is not for u, rather try other branches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this review while sitting in your salon at 7bungalows andheri. I had made an appointment at 330 which was confirmed on call from the salon. I specifically asked if staff is free as i didn want to wait. Yet once i arrived i was told to wait. And it took almost an hour and when i approached the reception they informed that the staff Mr. Abbas was with another client. After another 10mins they got him to come inbetween service of another client. And what does he do? Does a service for 13minutes exactly just so that he can rush back to his previous client. Further he starts using his phone while cutting my hair! That's ridiculous! And then he forgets to trim the back of my neck which is a standard in men's cut. He didn realise until post wash when i told to call the manager. What kind of service is this. Even a local salon offer more attention and care than your staff today. This is not the first time an instance has happened here. 6months back i was over sold a package for 10k from the same staff member and not informed on its validity of 3months on which i have shot multiple mails with no response.

Mr. Ajit was superlative at understanding, customizing, adapting and finally executing what I had in my mind.
