★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday on 20 aug i went to this branch for bank statement the machine was not working.the men who was sitting there he denied me in very bad way and he was lying to me and he was very arrogent and disrespectful to me.we had fight the way he behaved was very aggressive he wasted my 1 hour..i had to call my parents to talk with branch manager...and that person ended by saying this today i was supposed to on leave.this is not my branch.my question is why did he fought with me? And was is it me who cancled his leave? How could he talk like that with customer.
He wasted my time and after 1 hr he applozise by saying this? He was behaving like tapori and even was not respecting his own staff...what kind of service is this? The behaviour of that person was not acceptble..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never pick the call since yesterday I trying there no. Earlier also I told them there service is very bad. I hardly go to bank we have 3 account in this branch My husband account is since 1973 at opera House branch after his accident I shifted my & my kids account here. But sorry to say they don't give good service. I told them my PMC bank service is excellent. My son time one draft was cancelled not used but to get 1000 rs so many time we went with no. Didn't got money 2years ago. They hardly send sms but money of sms is deducted from our account why❓.
Earlier I gave two ⭐⭐
But now I am giving 5 star's
Earlier my husband used to do all our bank work, but in November he was hospitalised I & my daughter used to go, one day Raviraj Gaikwad suggest me when he saw I was withdrawing big amount suggest to take debit card or used from moblie banking. Thanks today it's a great boon in lockdown period I could do payment from card.
Thanks to Mr jaywant patil,branch manager card got blocked in lockdown time I had do payment I had register complain & the next day I got call from sir & helped me alot I could operate my account immediately. When ever I have problem Mr jaywant & there staff is helping people.
Thank you to PNB staff, God bless you all helping people in lockdown time. Prayer to God bless you all keep you safe.
