★ ★ ★ ★ ★ staffs are very rude. they say you cannot do trial for more than 2 times. pathetic customer service. i have been to many shops and stores in many cities across India but never faced such rude behavior. the staff behave as if they are doing favor on the local people of serampore by opening an FBB store. Please avoid going to this outlet.
