★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good place for shopping here. It has three floor and it has number of varieties of almost everything. I am surprised when I have visited it first time. The staff is good and the quality of product is also good. They have also facilities to put your bag there, which is good. The place is also at good locality, so you can also get the facilities of brts. If you want to go by brts then go for ""Lions Army School"" piplod and it is just in front of this mall. You will get almost all the item which you need for yourself or someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is lot of variety you can find in Big bazaar. You name it, pretty much everything you need is available in Big Bazaar. But it's not at all crowded, you'll not find much people inside. The cleanliness is not maintained at some point. The future group really need to pay attention otherwise they'll be out of the business. There were only sellers mostly. And less customers. The products sold were on little costlier side, so I've seen people putting back things and saying we'll buy it from Dmart. And the manufacturing date were not fresh on the products. Like they were not expired but after buying those products you'll not get maximum shell life of it. Like if you buy a large container of shampoo, it won't last long, you have to throw it because it'll expire with few months. So I didn't bought much from Big bazaar. There was a time when there was only Big bazaar, it was their monopoly. And we had to pay more as we had no options. Now we have Dmart which offer lot of discounts
The monopoly is successfully destroyed by Avenue supermarkets i.e. Dmart and Reliance retail. I'm not a fan of Dmart or Big bazaar or Reliance retail. As a middle class Indian consumer, I wish to get the maximum value for my money. So whosoever offer the better value, I'll shift to that. I was loyal customer of BB but not anymore as it doesn't makes sense to buy costly items with low shell life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surely worth visiting. Genuine products available. Good staff, they help the customers with their needs. They behave coolly. I liked their hospitality.
Different different floor with different items segregated make us easy to move about and choose.
The only request to the owner to have some place for small children to play as we adults are having little problem with kids demanding their things and keeping them engaged.
One more small suggestion. The trolleys which you serve have very hard wheel. Moreover keeping them straight is a challenge. Many customers will agree with me on this point.
So just a small improvement to make our mall the best.

While you go for bill,hv to stand for much time for your number mean less counter.
Excellent parking facility but there is no lift to go on ground floor, u have to walk on route where car comes for parking n its risky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too much dirty. Major problem is the lighting in the clothing section. Inadequate. Also product label are not displayed on some product. This causes an average time for billing go beyond more than half an hour. Understaffed and overpriced. Not good experience overall.
