★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever visit to this store. I said never otherwise you'll loose your hard earned money.
They only want sales and full payment. Bad service after sales. I bought bed from there which is biggest mistake of my life. Product is also of low quality. They are only giving false promise to customers regarding service. It's been more than 1 month and they are still not giving any response to me.
Edit: here is attached pic of low quality material which they are using to fool us. This happened just after 3 months of buying the bed.

This is the worst shop of furniture in surat don’t buy anything from this shop because they only know to sell the product and once the product sold to the customer they forget to provide after sale service.
We purchased a center table for our home from this shop but after few days the upper glass of table broken suddenly we requested to the owner of the shop to replace the glass and WE WERE READY TO PAY FOR IT but still they are not providing the service.

Bough sofa from them, and it has some manufacturing defects. They promise us that their service is superior, but in reality; the scenario is completely opposite.
Chasing from almost 2 months now, and they always say that their technicians/workers are not available at the moment. Everytime they say the workers will come in next 2 days, but they never show up.
They keep telling this story continuously, till I suppose the customer/we get frustrated and stop calling them.
Don't buy from this shop, as their after sales service is pathetic. They will just do the big talk for the sake of the sale!
