★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Certainly the customer is not at the center of the business policy. To everyone who are buying the furniture from Pepperfry, especially during sale season, make sure you learn about Pepperfry policies if the goods come with missing parts.
1. You will not get parts and have to return the furniture
2. You have to buy again at what ever new price is at that time (really???)
This is my experience, I have ordered two bookcases during one of the sale and it got delivered yesterday after few weeks. One of them came without legs. I tried to talk as many people as possible from Pepperfy to get me legs as I don't want to wait again for 3-4 weeks to get a similar one.
At my surprise, I was told that as per the POLICY, I have to return the goods and buy at new price which is now few hundred rupees more.
I would really like to understand this business model where customer is not happy as I am loosing time and money, seller is going to get return of a book case without legs and Pepperfy (the marketplace) will be wasting men hours to manage these things. All of these can be resolved by just supplying missing parts.

The store is handled very professionally by the team of dedicated personnels. The entire store is tastefully decorated with the featured and hot selling pieces of furniture on pepperfry. The store helps you a lot in terms of gauging the actual dimensions of the furnitire. I purchased almost more than a lakh worth of furniture from pepperfry after visiting studio pepperfry. The staff is very knowledgeable and they suggest you the best options in terms of your taste and budget.
A must visit for purchasing your next dream piece of furniture from pepperfry. Who knows, you might just find that perfect dining table or sofa in the store itself.. We did for sure !

It is all started with wrong commitment of promo offer and delivery not as per schedule. Customers are taken for ride as payment was made 100% advance
