★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First they are asking ur profession and income, and then they will said come after 10 days, if u said I need urgent, they will ask 350Rs fees,200rs for certificate and asking some extra for their wrk..... Totally 600 to 700 Rs they will charge.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst support provided. Asked me to pay Rs 500 for the birth certificate and Rs 500 extra if I need the certificate immediately.visited twice and waited almost 3 hours to get the certificate.(giving 1 star as I don't have an option to give 0 star)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited to get my baby (6 months old, I see a pamphlet over there mentioned majestic, MG road BBMP for different age groups to process) birth certificate name addition as it was blank while issue from hospital. Beside lake, cool atmosphere. Took 10 mins to fill form and attached Xerox of old certificate and submitted by paying 200. Was asked to come and collect after a week. Visited accordingly, took 30-45 mins to collect with 2 copies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manipal Hospital HAL filed birth certificate request online and suggested to visit Ulsoor office after 4 weeks. The officer was able to fetch the details online using my mobile no. If required, they might ask discharge summary or reference letter from hospital.
Was able to collect the birth certificate without any hassle. You know how it works in government office?. End of the day got the task completed, happy with their service?

Collect form from main entrance, fill it and submit in first counter (window, as entey restricted due to covid). Officer will let you know of the process, timelines and he will help you to get it done fast.
