★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience , by any chance we can place a complain on the staff (irresponsible )- I had applied for death certificated , provided all required documents with the Fee , they are just delaying so much - no proper response in spite of so many visits ( not even giving us a clear status ) . its been a month now ( just for DC ) Any other way to get it done !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visit this office to get a name included in the Govt. birth certificate that is usually handed over by the hospital where the child is born. Service is quick and efficient, office is easily identifiable; but I had to go to two other BDA/BBMP offices to understand that this is where birth/death certificates are issued. Perhaps BBMP should change the name of this office to 'Birth and Death certificate office' from the current obscure one.
Fees for two copies of birth certificate: 110 + 50 for registration + a bribe amount which will determine whether you get the certificate immediately or in its usual pace of 3-4 days)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5min for birth certificate to generate and give..... but they'll tell come after one week..... when you give bribe.... you'll get in 2min.... that too two copies.... you can gpay phonepay or paytm the bribe too

2 times minimum needs to walk to get one certificate .. when i reach for child birth certificate.. they said voltage is less. System is not working.. come next week like that.. 2 lady officers were citing there.. looks educated but expecting extra money for servicing.. Initially i paid 200 rs each for 2 babies saying registration and appljcation form fees.. then after giving acknowledgement. They said when u collect u can pay some additional amount for printer, paper etc means u can understand what they are expecting.. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the place where they issue birth certificates. Two ways to get the birth certificate
Procedure 1: Submit the application along with supporting documents and fees and come after 15 days. After 15 days hear reasons that officer on leave or server not working etc. So have couple of more visits before getting the certificate finally.
Procedure 2: Submit the application along with supporting documents and fees and additional quick action fees( in other words bribe) and get the certificate in 2 min, and dont ever bother to come back to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The SMS you recieve from CRB&D with Approved RegNo is only a formality as per them on site. One would still need to fill up request form and return after a few days for collection.
The SMS says first copy free.
Will go for collection and know how free it is!
