Hygeine: Exceptionally clean not a single dust particles or marks anywhere.
Taste: Butter/ghee preperation excellent taste.
Ordered pav bhaji, paneer dosa and chilli garlic chowmein all were finger licking.
Pocket friendly with all of the above positives.
Portion size was good too
