★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This one star rating is Bec it's the bare minimum needed to write a review otherwise this place doesn't deserve that much either. Make sure you don't get cheated by call centre executives sitting out of some other city most probably who have not even seen the place and promise you it is a '5 star ambience premium salon'
Well if Be U Style Redefine is premium then Trump is the best thing that ever happened to America!
It is a small dingy local looking and feeling salon in narrow gullies of dayanand colony with barely any space to stand. When I reached it was dark Bec there was no electricity at this 5 star salon and ofcourse such premium places do not have power back up!
The person who I thought was placed there as an errand boy turned out to be the person who was going to do keratin treatment for me! He started tugging at my hair to assess God knows what and asked me "what result do you want from keratin treatment?" I started feeling uncomfortable and replied that since it's a protein treatment I know what to expect, it's not my first and that I know it is not meant for straightening. To which the person replied with "we can make it straight if you want"
To add context here, keratin is never done with an objective of straightening and so I lost all confidence and walked out.
The call centre exec who had booked this appointment for me had told me to get in touch in case I was not happy with the service but when I asked her to call she did not respond.
The next day she argued with me and the overall incident has left such a bad mark on me.
I think paying 5-6 K to reputed salons like Geetanjali or Looks is definitely more worth it than paying 3 K to such shady places.
Thank God I walked out when I did, avoid at all costs and don't get tempted by their cheap packages bec you get what you pay for ultimately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was not so good , I got my smoothening done from here and the boy I guess his name was shubhum he wasn't a professional even what I think and the smoothening he did on my and on friend's hair doesn't worth a penny and when I go to him for my first wash and told him about my waves he convinced me that this is the way smoothening is done and when I again go to him after a week for my friend's and for my problem also he was so rude to us and said u don't know anything about smoothening this is the way how's it's done and even had lots of dandruff after that it's been months since I get my smoothening done but still suffering from danruff and itchy scalp .guys please dont waste your time and money he doesn't worth it.Not at all satisfied with the service and I am thinking to write this from long time and now I simply did.i will give no stars to him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service provider. They will waste your time daily by postponing the booked appointment. There service technician are careless and unprofessional as the company itself.
Pls be aware it is all a scam to misguide the coustomers.
And neither to forget about there customer service centre. The customer service is worst as they will never try to understand and fix problem rather they try to shout on you and will try to teach you manners.... as if they them selves are very well mannered.
ALL RIDICULOUS SALONS should be the name.
