★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive and below than avg services.Please don't waste your time going here.They are telling different charges when enquiring and taking different charges.For a simple wash 400+GST and in case you are taking round brush dryer 800+GST .I burnt my money.Very unprofessional behavior.Not at all satisfy with the services at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services are pathic and staff is very poor in behavior, they do not know how to talk, specially that Anil who did my head and talking very rudely and they just wanted to me to just leave from there as they about to close the salon and that Anil telling stories that we not dry hair by brush we only heat dry this is the only policy. Even when I have entered I have asked can head wash is possible, they said yes ma'am we can. And when my wash us going on everyone went on hurry to close the salon and talking in their code languages. I request other people not to waste their money in this salon only seeing that it's looks salon, even I recommend sarojini nagar looks salon is far much better in the services, you will be happy after leaving and paying. But in this salon you will be hurt badly and no satisfaction. Staff is very unprofessional just only need money nothing else.

I went for a hair massage and while booking the appointment I was told that charges would be INR 800, then when I reached there, they said it would be IMR 1200 for coconut oil massage. That sounded fishy and I asked for the rate card - turns out massage was for INR 600 only. They said those rates are for gents - but eventually relented. So, if you're planning to go, make sure what you are getting into.

The staff ws toooo cooperative n i cn really see a new me after d treatment. Specially d hair stylist UDIT & SONIA ver very gud n helpful . The salon ws well cleaned and everything ws sanitised as well . ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been visiting Lakmé Salon for a very long time. This was always my mom’s go to place for all her needs. It was trusted by her and now by me. My experience here has always been delightful. The staff is extremely friendly and polite. They try their best to make your vision come to reality. For haircuts, they suggest what will look good on you, take your face shape, hair type, how you usually keep your hair etc. in consideration and recommend accordingly. I’ve gotten all my haircuts from Shiva. Sadly, he’s been transferred now. Nonetheless, they’re all very accommodating. If you go in with images or some inspiration, telling them what you want, they’ll modify it in a way which it better suited for you. Something I appreciate the most about them. Their hair styling is also spot on. Their blow outs is something I look forward to. I’ve gotten my hair shampooed, conditioned and blow dried many times and the results were fabulous. You feel so relaxed and the products used are the best in class. You won’t feel neglected or rushed. They pamper you and you walk out of parlour feeling your absolute best. If you go in for just a hair wash, ask for Bam. She is so gentle with your hair and amazing at what she does. As far as waxing and threading is concerned, Archana is my go to person. She knows her stuff. She is excellent at what she does and I’ve never been disappointed. You can also ask for Sonia. She’s really good too. In fact, you don’t really need to ask for anyone in particular. Everyone is so welcoming, I swear, you’ll be taken care of. I recommend Lakmé to anyone who’s looking for something professional and worth their money and time. You’ll be in good hands, do give it a go :) I hope your experience turns out to be as great as mine.

Special mention to Roshan "the hair stylist", he was very good at his work starting from a fantastic haircut to lovely hair color. I will highly recommend "Roshan" for any hair related makeover. The salon is very tidy, the staffs are very friendly.

Aman, who did my pedicure was fantastic!! Ask for Aman.??
The staff is a bit too pushy about selling their premium products/services to the point of not showing or describing details for ones that are less premium.
The men's facial is in a chair which is uncomfortable and awkward for an hour long treatment. Very different from the women's facial. The staff member performing the treatment was very nice and accommodating about it even though the other options they had for me weren't too great. They had me sitting in a pedicure chair instead with my feet in a tub and balancing/holding folded hand towels behind my head so I could rest my head back. I wouldn't recommend this men's facial treatment.
Thanks for the discount though because of my poor experience with the facial.
