Had purchased hair straightener and due to some reason didn't like it so went for exchange that product.
Sale girl from hair straightener team was so rude and arrogant didn't spoke properly and threw the product and gave us and was fighting with me and was behaving very badly not excepted from such big brand will not recommend to any one and will never go back there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ended up on a Sunday hunting for Inoa hair color such a day before my flight. My only resort to find the color was at New beauty centre in Khar but it was closed and I ended up at Beauty and more. The have a whole range of beauty products and seem genuine. Staff is very courteous and helpful and will provide right advise before buying a product. I really loved my experience here and it’s worth shopping too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow what a place! So much of cosmetics all around you when you just enter this store with 2 or more floors to explore. Never seen such a place ever! Being a one stop shop for all the brands in the world, there is so much to choose from which will surely make you confused what to pick up and what not to pick up. The building is very old and not maintained well. There is no proper toilet provision in place surprisingly as 90% of the staff you can see are women everywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Beauty store in Khar West . Went with my Wife for Shopping and has an Amazing Collection Of Makeup products , Skin Care , Perfumes , Hair Care , Salon accessories and furnitures . Well Trained staff . I used to purchase my items from New beauty centre earlier but then they proved to be Duplicate . Beauty and More has an Amazing Staff Interface and they cater all branded makeup products and professional products as well . The best discount than any store in Mumbai . Loved my experience out here

Respected Sir, With all due respect, I am writing this letter with a complaint regarding your services. Since the past week, the AC installed in at beauty centre (beauty and more) has not been working properly and as I coustomer i feel dehydration and not able to buy the the product request you to pls take the immediate action and think about your workers before customer.

Recently last Saturday i had visited this store to get some foundation and other makeup stuffs, the staffs are highly unprofessional, behaves really weird, mannerless staff. The girl on the Loreal counter replied rudely for the product being sold out, when I asked for some other recommendations, she simply refused stating she has no idea. And then sat down looking into her phone. When I went to the next counter of Revlon, the women was just not interested to show the products, when I asked for a particular foundation, she's handing me over some other product and enforcing to buy that even after I clearly asked to give the product I want. Also, when I asked her for colorstay foundation, she was showing frustration and bluntly replied it's not for me. I had to leave the store after seeing such disappointing Management of the store. Not welcoming at all.
