★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been an old customer so for hair cut I opted their service. But my hair cut was done in a jiffy as if the hair dresser was not interested in the same and though I'd told the hair dresser to not cut the length short he cut my hairs to short so much so that it now looks similar to blunt cut hairs. Moreover the hair dresser post-cutting hairs continuously kept on saying to me that your hairs are not clean enough (though I had co-washed the same day) to get a hair wash and once the other guy did that, the hair dresser didnt come back for blow dry. Finally, the person who prepped my hair initially for cutting did the blow dry which didnt last also not even for 3 hrs. I dont know why the hair dresser was just so disinterested that he didnt finish one client and started off with other. This time the experience has been a terrible one and I have to bear with the utterly disappointing hair cut.
