Staffs are untrained and don't know how to cut hair..
Even they don't have the proper instruments to cut..
Manager is always busy on phone and no care of customer..
Worst place for any kind of hair treatment..
Avoid this place..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ these three star only for their services but for responsibility they are zero (0). if you are going there n having bag or mobile.. specially if you are sitting for eyebrow or facial as we all know at this time eyes closed, plz keep your bag or mobile in your hands only do not keep it on the shelve over there. because never take care if anybody else pick it from there while you are sitting with closed eyes. i just face this i was there for eyebrow my husband was not with me he was sitting in haldiram , these looks personals not even know him. A girl start threading my eyes were closed. mean while suddenly my husband entered and picked up the my mobile which i put on the shelve. my hubby even not introduced himself just picked the mobile... and these people who were there not even asked that who are you why u taking this mobile. he just took mobile and went out. when my threading done i saw my one mobile was not there as i put two mobile there. i called my husband and asked him for mobile then he told me that mobile was with him. and no one even asked or refused him for mobile. i then these people replied very unmannerly that they will not responsible for the thing what we will not responsible for the thing keeping on those shelves which is made there for keeping customers bag. I just want to ask them if it is your policy then why you are not having a board. problem ye nahi thi k mobile waha se mere hubby ne uthaya....but ye thi k aaj to mere hubby ne uthya some time jb hum jate hain kafi rush hota hai ho skta koi ek customer apna kuch bhi kimti saman waha rakh k baitha ho koi or jo waitng me hai ya koi bhi baher se aye or wha se wo saman utha k le jaye to in log ko pta bhi nahi chlega ya chla bhi to in log ki policy k hisab se ye kisi ko mna ya apko inform bhi nahin krenge k apka to saman nahi hai...... that's why i recommend this a unsafe place to go

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic exp... I have take package of makeup of RS 2000 on my baby first bday.. the makeup they did got removiled and sticked on my phone screen and removed from my face... The hairstyle opened before reaching to venue...
Suggesting all....not to use there services for your special occasion..

On first week of April 2018, you carried out the following work for me [Rebounding of hair].
The work is unsatisfactory because the work which your people have done was totally useless and not up to the mark.
You have an obligation to carry out work you do with reasonable skill and to an acceptable standard. You have not met these legal requirements.
I was shocked that after spending lots of money (Rs. 3000) my hair is as it is as it was prior rebounding.
Moreover, I would like to inform you that I have visited two or three times on the same venue with the same concern so request you to please look into this matters and do the needful as soon as possible.
I am happy to give you 7 days to put matters right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to get highlights. I have curly hair. While the preparation was professional and thorough, the hairstylist really skimped on the colour and provided very narrow highlights. It was hard to tell that I had gotten new highlights. I do not recommend this salon.
