Conceptualized with the thought of adding a twist to North-India’s favourite food Chhole Bhature, Beeji De Chole Bhature hopes to eventually have a flavour for every type of taste bud out there.
With 5 flavours of chole (this is good stuff) - Classic Chole, Makhni, sweet and chatpate Mitthe Chatkare, hot and spicy garlic chole, you're going to be spoilt for choice. They have 2 types of Bhaturas too- the classic Paneer filling and a rather interesting achaari filling that we can't wait to get our hands on. The bhaturas are also 50% wheat and 50% flour and they're using minimal oil, so this is as healthy-ish as can be.
When not cooking delicious food, the team at Beeji De Chole Bhature work on Dasvandh - a movement to provide food to people in need. They ask the customers to give an extra 10% of their bill amount towards Dasvandh, and also add the same amount from their income. The combined kitty is used every Sunday to distribute fresh food to kids of construction workers. So a hot plate of chole bhature is technically a saviour here- woah!
Also, they open shop at 8 AM. You know what we mean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chole bhature combo is great, the taste of chole is authentic. Though I tried delivery order, the packing was leak-proof. The outlet is rather small with few high chairs. Parking might be an issue when visiting the outlet.

Use Uber Eats to order them if you want to get the best rates and at a really affordable price well worth the money you pay for
I have tried their Chilly Garlic Cholas and the Normal Cholas .. the chilly garlic ones did not quite please my palate but the normal Cholas are quite delicious and taste great along with their not so oily Bhaturas be it the normal Bhaturas or their aloo or panner Bhaturas.. along with the pickled onions they serve, the meal is a complete package for breakfast if you have some guests over who like heavy Indian breakfast

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Restaurant.. Love it.. But menu will be same for food.. By the time you will get bore.. Need some changes in respect to menu, small restaurant with less space. quick bites and meals as well. Family restaurant , good quality is very good (just prices are above average not too expensive). Overall very good and recommended in nearby area.
