★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Response from Deepika. They said, your saree will be delivered on Thursday. But now they are not picking up my calls. I need to wear saree Tommorow but now there is no response from this dry-cleaning shop. I am regretting now. This is very bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using Frais laundry's services since they opened in M3M Urbana, as I live in close proximity. I really have to admit that they put in a lot of efforts to get the stains and rust off my clothes, every other drycleaner near me refused as they thought the clothes would get damaged. Yet, Frais did it and best part, my clothes did not even get damaged. Grateful for their services.

2. Lacklustre pick up and delivery. If you drop the bags they take it granted customer will pickup even after clearly stating to be dropped when completed. This happened twice.
3. They do what’s best for your clothes instead of confirming with customer first and charge likewise.
4. Estimate and bill amount changes autonomously. Happened thrice.
5. The delivery guy is so rude and ill mannered.
6. They don’t weigh on picking up (conveniently) but estimates by hand weighing, which changes dramatically when you are present. My load of 18 kg changed to 11kg.
7. May be decent in doing wash/iron but highly unprofessional.

But during Feb/March I gave them a double layered double size Bombay dyeing blanket, one zara overcoat and one puma puffer jacket along with 1800 rupees for previous service. They never came back and have run away with everything. Despite calling multiple times and leaving them whatsapp and text messages they didn't respond. The owner is Deepika Sangwan. Her son promised me that they will replace the lost items. But even he turned out to be a liar, much like his mother. Shameless and fraud people
