★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am having very bad experience with Behroz today. It seems they have full mis management. Almost 40 orders are in queue. Their contact details associcated with Swiggy are not reachable.
Tried to contxat details received from Swiggy Partner who visited at location is also not picked up by their staff.
Not sure with this the food is also getting compromised in quality. I think, if they are not capable in handling such scale of order, they need to temporarily block themselves for accepting the orders.
Its sheer waste of time and money for all .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have experienced a worst day ever today . The Behrouz Biryani outlet has sent a non veg biryani and unfortunately i eat a bite and pucked right away. What they have done today is beyond words for me to explain. I am a pure vegetarian and all they to offer me is a sorry . You guys are worst and ll take this issue to court and have register a complaint to FSSAI. I will make sure guys realize that sorry and free mean can not compensate for making me eat meat. You guys will pay for it. @behrouzbiryani

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a delicious Biryani this was - "Dum Ghost Biryani" and that starter - "Murg Kefta".
Let's begin with starters, soft, fresh, balanced in flavor, few chili flakes sprinkled on top, with tasty mayonnaise side. The intriguing taste didn't even let me know when I finished it.
The Dum Gosht Biryani as it comes from Behrouz was sprinkled with nut slices and contained raisins too. As soon as I opened the box, the aroma hit me hard. It's not something you experience with every other Biryani. No doubt it was delicious and the gosht was very well cooked. The accompanying soft and delicious Gulab jam gave the finishing touch.
The only grudge I had was not having spice up to the required level. Part of it has to do with me as I enjoy spicy food, but I still felt it needed to be Lil spicier than it was.
The portion of both dishes was sufficient for one person. I would recommend this to who likes their food balanced than that on the spicy side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We relish the taste of the variety of biryanis served here. For the information of new customers.... packaging here consists of a small bowl of mint raita and a gulab jamun....which is really good. But do not order it separately....they never deliver it! I have experienced it twice now, they add it to the bill but never send the mint raita ordered additionally. This speaks very low of them...will now try out some other joint...who believes in fair billing!!
