β β β β β Book your orders if u have to die with hunger after paying them.
useless and fake branding u do, placed order at 8:30 pm and it was 11:45 pm.
Still no delivery done and I have called the customer care 5 times and they kept my call on hold without any response.
Dump urself away during critical situations, reason why people have families n kids awaiting for food.
And such a worthless service when I asked refund and order cancellation, u tried bribing me with some of ur internal customer points of 2000 which I can claim on next orders.

β β β β β Have ordered Biryani from here many times and the quality and service is still very good.
I've tried Afghani, lazeez Bhuna chicken and Butter chicken biryani. All of them taste heavenly.
Behrouz Biryani might be expensive but it's worth every penny. It's filled with flavours, it fills your entire room with strong Biryani fragrance. Rice is always perfectly cooked and chicken juicy and filled with flavours and tastes delicious. Highly recommend Behrouz Biryani if you're craving for fancy and flavoursome biryani.

β β β β β Had multiple times bad experience with Behrouz Biryani at Geddalahalli Hennur Road shop.
In my pervious order they sent stale dessert (6 gulab jammun) which caused embarrassing situation in front of guests. Also we noticed the quantity of rice & meat was less and food was cold.
In my other order the delivery person took more than an hour to deliver saying he is unable to find location despite instructing several times on phone. This delivery was for my family which they had to wait & order from different restaurant.
The customer care person Prathik when complained says he can't do anything as no company in the enitre world can give 100% customer statisfaction...what a joke No Value for customers money:-), have emailed the central team..no response yet.

β β β β β Never order... Instead of mutton they sent chicken biryani and their phone is always busy.... After reading reviews shouldnt have ordered but took risk on new year eve but as per reviews they lived to their expectations, never order worst biryani ever and worst service ever.

β β β β β Everytime i order from here, i get my order on time, and the taste is just awesome. The paneer is very soft and marinated well. Doesn't feel rubbery at all. I am not a fan of their kebabs, but my kids love it.
Just one feedback i wd like to give is to increase the quantity of raita.
