★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While going through options to book a self drive car for a last minute plan, got a suggestion of Zoprent, it seemed budget friendly, I hesitated before booking, however after calling the business, I spoke to Suma and she guided me through the process of booking the car, payment process and documentation, she was very helpful throughout the process.
Our car was sanitized in-front of us and was well maintained and clean.
Over all it was a good service and experience with Zoprent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One thing is for sure, I am NEVER going to book a car from this site. I booked car from this site as low prices and availability of cars attracted me to do so. But a few days before my trip, i saw negative reviews about this site. I hoped maybe only people with negative review come and give reviews, because that is how it is, but it has only negative reviews. First of all zoprent is just a middleman, they have no say over the vendor they rent us cars from. In the morning of my trip, i got a call from car vendor "We dont have cars, ask zoprent to get a car". I travelled to different city to get a car and there is no car. The car vendor in my case has no office, fake address was given. No zoprent executive will take your call. Hubmaster has no clue what is happening, he will just give you different contacts to try with. I had made more than 150+ calls that day on 7 different contact numbers. They blocks your number when you try to call them again and again. They will ask you to wait for a while in which they will arrange the car. This all happens on phone, no face to face meeting. Everytime i called them they asked me wait for 30 mins or so. Doing so they took 6 hours to arrange a car for me. I wasted 6 hours in a different city where no one knew me. My booking was to start at 8 am but we started at 2pm.
At this point i only wanted a car to go ahead, i asked them to give me car in place of more money, but they only asked me to wait for sometime. I didnt cared about the security(which for sure i didnt got back). I booked car from this site just due to availability and low prices but instead i got the car 6 hours late and also at a price of car rent + security. Even for the security they will say we will process but they will never do that. They will make you cry for every step you take. For next time even if they offered me a drive for free, i wont trust them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst service provider I have ever seen. First of all there is no where mentioned that these guys are just the Third party people(Dalals). They own nothing. Once you do your booking they will transfer this booking to the nearest local vendor. If I had to do a booking from local vendor why the hell I would go online. Those local vendors are goons and we had bad experience with them in past. Owing to this reason I called them for cancellation. They don't even have good stable application and web interface. Everything is done via phone. I called the executive and as soon as she got to know that I want to cancel the booking she started talking arrogantly. Stupid lady. She said my reason for cancellation is invalid and so cannot be processed. I asked her to read the policy but she turned deaf and hung up the call. Such people should get raided from consumer forum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked a mini SUV from Zoprent for a week long vacation. In Uttarakhand. To my disappointment the handover was late, the guys were super unprofessional. Also, during our journey we realised that the water inlet was broken, horn was semi-damaged. Had to get them fixed on my own expenses. Super unprofessional. I’d never recommend their services. Not to forget, the refund came back after an unknown deduction. No information for the deduction was revealed.

I had taken a car self drive rental from Chandigarh for 3 days...I paid a deposit of Rs 6000, they just don't refund the security deposit...they also don't asnwer your calls for the refund of security deposit...plz don't book vehicles from here... definitely you will face a problem...very unprofessional.

I am sharing my experience in brief
1. They provided the car (i20 I booked) in worse condition (might be accidental ).
2. Also at the time of pickup, it was delay from their end.
3. Main Problem arises when it was their turn to refund the security money of INR 6000. You can verify from the attached screenshots how they deal their dirty business after the booking. On 11 Nov I returned the car and got my money today after repeated postpone from the unprofessional customer executive.
After submitting this review there will be a polite reply from zoprent team with some excuses for delaying the money transfer.
**My straightforward advice would be Better get this service from zoomcar or makemytrip because zoprent doesn't know the basic ethics of business.**

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented Royal Enfield 350 cc from Zoprent during our Goa trip for 4 days and we had a great experience. The bike was brand new and it was a smooth ride without any hiccups. The documentation process was good however we suggest you to carry your aadhar card as a proof of identification as pan card is no longer considered as an identity proof.
