★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Comprei passagem Porto Alegre para São Paulo. Veio a Covid, fui na LATAM me passaram que poderia escolher e usar a passagem por 1 ano. Quando fui agora usar, falaram que a Belair resgatou o valor que paguei, não me devolveram, não me mandaram nenhum email e não consigo contato com eles. Absurdo. Literalmente pegaram o meu dinheiro . Irei tomar minhas providências contra essa empresa da Índia, que rouba o dinheiro dos clientes.
 Terrible. I bought a ticket from Porto Alegre to São Paulo. I came to Covid, I went to LATAM and they told me that I could choose and use the ticket for 1 year. When I went to use it now, they said that Belair redeemed the amount I paid, they didn't return it to me, they didn't send me any email and I can't get in touch with them. Absurd. They literally took my money. I will take action against this company in India, which steals customers' money.
