★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very very unresponsive. You can not expect anything out of them even minor things like statements or IT certificates. No work can be done on phone or email. Even paying a physical visit may also turn fruitless. They make you wait endlessly and then give you teen reasons why your work cannot be done to include system not working, printer faulty etc. Very frustrating experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mrs. Sangeeta Arora, Mrs. Divya Arora both are very lazy & incompetent staff in LICHFL my all documents suffered badly results loan suffered badly with high interest rate and subsidy not initiating by such staff of this branch . Mr. Vikas Gupta, Branch support for such job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I also had very bad experience with this branch. These employees are totally careless to their customers. After submitting documents in written they don't take any actions, forget about query resolution on phone calls or emails. I will advice everyone not to go with branch.
I will never suggest to take lone from LIC HFL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the staff's are highly irresponsible and insensitive. They have wasted my 15 days. Most frustrating experience of my life. My loan was sanctioned when I have 15 times visited the office. Even Area Manager response is also like an LIC agent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is lic housing finance office in jeevan prakash buillding in Connaught Place, New Delhi. Easiest way to get there is to go from metro and get down to kasturba gandhi metro station. It is a walkable distance from the metro station. This lic hf office is in front of American centre library. Car parking is difficult and lengthy. Nearest car parking is in Connaught Place's inner circle area and parking fees is very heavy.
