★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NRE account opening process was a nightmare. It took them 2+ months open an account. Documentation process was not clear and every other week new document was requested. I was also misled multiple times with ambiguous information.

They don't know professionalism, they don't want to help. They will not answer your call your or block it. How can they even work like this. BAD MANAGEMENT.

You can only go to the atm for withdrawel and you will not be charged any atm fee. The atms can only disperse 2000 notes so beware. Other than that im happy that I was not charged any atm fee. You cannot go to the teller if you arent a deutsche customer but atm is not a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience at Deutsche bank, Connaught place, New Delhi. This was due to highly unprofessional and negligent employee Saloni Mehta. She is only bothered about selling the bank policies as a result completely misleads and misguides her customers wasting their valuable time thus spoiling and tarnishing the reputation of an international bank.
