Very poor customer services.. I visited this branch few days back. They hold me about 3 hrs for a simple query that I was unable to connect with customers care but at last they only gives excuses...Even my queries are still pending.. Pathetic Services ?

Worst experience with HSBC, this is just due to staff works for this bank, customer has no way to go anywhere, not a single branch near my location in delhi, specially has to travel 11-18 km for simple queries and when try to connect customer care that is very poor, most of times unable to connect to right department.

Hi I have a loan a/c with HSBC and the ECS got rejected due to signature mismatch.I went to the branch and filled the ACH form for auto payment of my loan however it again declined for the second time. They said they will fix it however its again not been paid this month and I have to visit the branch again.Worst experience , staff dosent have a clue about anything. Do not open any account with them otherwise you will have to regret.

My worst banking experience across the world at HSBC (not just this location). HSBC has a fee for everything including a debit card even if you never use/activate one. The rates of interest on the fixed deposit have declined year after year. The relationship managers/investment advisors are totally clueless - put my father's portfolio in risky equity where he lost a good chunk of his savings. I put in the paperwork to close my account 10 days ago but my account balances are yet to be remitted.

HSBC is the only bank in world, who does not have customer complaints through emails, along with not even single phone number is mention of any branch in Delhi on their websites. This is called Circus bank. They need to change the bank name.

I generally give rating to places I visit globally. First time on a bank service I am giving my review Worst Experience!! Even 1star is because of google.. My case was mishandled delayed and rest I can’t post in public forum as I believe it not bank but the representative/face which make this rating... my case is same ... penalised for paying on time , regularly and making prepayment ?.

Staff extremely unprofessional and had multiple problems for which I didnt receive any help at all. Terrible experience, avoid at all costs.
