The station is under Adra division. There is only one platform in the station. It is a small and very calm station. The trains run through this station are Bankura-Masagram. This is the next station after Belboni onwards Masagram.

With more numbers of trains passing through the station become more busy. The ticket system is still old school. Paper tickets with date printed on them by hand. The station is filled with people in the evening who comes to enjoy their time with friends or want to have a good cold breeze.

Two wheelers and four wheeler parking is available.
