★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could minus rating that would be less for it could coz when electricity taken down and u have a quary to know then the electricity will be available surely u will call them but here is a funny thing happen to them if u call them they will not pickup the call for 30 times . If u call them 30 over they receive call and put ur call on hold they will not talk to u . If u belongs to beliatore circle and face problem of electricity u must call WBSCDCl coustomer care...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The area is huge but compare to the area it covers , it is not much big. Though the connections have become much stronger than before and many homes have upgraded their electric meter system, problems occur. In any bad weather conditions the connection breaks up. Rainy season is the most painful for them I guess. In this online payment advantage thier is no queue for bill payment in front of the office.
