Apart from being a Concert Hall, it also provides a place for a Badminton Court, a Table Tennis Room, a Billiards Room though not in order, a Library with hardly any books and a Dinning Room. It also contains a Dressing Room for the Concert Participation. Washrooms are Clean.

May be good area but only if u are employed with railway else not recommended.
Just opposite there is sports stadium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bell Institute is club under the Railways. It's a place where you can organize marriage functions and birthday parties by booking the place in advance. It's an old building from the Britishers time with a classic look from inside and it's quite spacious. There is plenty of space outside to park vehicles. There is a ground behind the building where people of different age groups come to play, walk, jog and enjoy in the evening as well as the afternoon.
There runs an athletic club where kids are trained by experienced trainers for running, shotput, long jump etc.
