★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do I start? Best Vegan food in town. Bell Peppers is now my everyday go-to place for lunch and dinner. I just order their vegan tiffins. Before I discovered them, every day I use to worry about my food. Now I don't have to do that. Thanks to Bell Peppers.
I like their Gulab Jamuns, Gatte ki Sabji and Salads. Their meals taste like homemade food. Being vegan, they fulfill my nutrition requirements.
Value for money. Freshly prepared Vegan food. Comes in well-packed tiffin. Keeps the food hot and tasty.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We regularly order dabbas for lunch and dinner from Anjana. The food is hygienically prepared, healthy and tasty. Delivery is prompt. Since we are vegan it is great that we don't have to second guess the food. She also prepares delicious vegan sweet dishes and cakes, which we occasionally indulge in. Overall we are all very satisfied and grateful to have discovered her service. Oh, and did I mention - everything is very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a personal experience and I’m usually not someone who comes online to rant or give negative reviews but in this case I had to. I first approached them when I broke my leg. It was told to me that my area doesn’t fall in their “delivery zone” so I’ll have to pay extra for delivery and that would be ₹300. The one thing you expect is timely delivery of your food and I had multiple instance where the food reached late or instances where they told me last minute that we won’t be able to provide delivery due to whatever reason and I need to take care of myself. There have been instance where they forgot that I would need a tiffin and the response you get from this “oops” we will do deliver from tomorrow evening. Talking about the food, it’s absolutely no fuss veg food, you get what you pay for. Don’t expect “vegan variet or a separate vegan menu”. You get sprouts, spinach or some leafy vegetables or chickpeas. So a vegetarian tiffin minus paneer for easy understanding, nothing fancy. Talking about the food quality- the food was good minus a few instance where either rotis were less or half the daal was spilled by the delivery boy. Now coming to the reason why I’ve given them one star - charged for delivery but never delivered on time, no professionalism in dealing with request - you have to continually remind only them the coupons will reach you, the tiffin is spilled by the delivery boy, the have a coupon system and every other day they claimed that I hadn’t added a coupon in the tiffin, when asked to resolve it by making the delivery boy check my tiffin - The response was He doesn’t have the time to do that! I’ve also attached photos of finding a cockroach in the food. When we decided to cancel the tiffin, the owner wanted me to cancel immediately even though I had 18 coupons left. She’s still not refunded my entire amount and doesn’t respond to call and text messages. So here’s my advice - Open up a place if you can deal with customers in a professional fashion if not you are better of cooking for you closed one’s. Hope this review helps you choose. Trust me you’ll find tonnes of better tiffin service in the area on just dial. Nothing exceptional food quality and the most unprofessional service ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best food provider in Pune till date. Though the name doesn't have it, but they serve all Vegan Food which means Healthy Food at your door step :)
I don't know anyone in India that provides this much food range in this price. When others are focused on money, Anjana is working on the quality which auto brings good things in future.
Other than regular food, their Cakes are awesome in terms of taste and Health. Celebrating your kid's special day, while teaching non-cruelty to them is the best way to use the Cake (Pics Attached). Everyone in my office liked the different quality taste. Waiting some more variety of stuff like Chole Bathure, Jalebi etc from them .
They would be the 1st one to get featured in VeganPlanet.earth from India :)
