★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These 3 storeys buildings, no lifts , small rooms , situated next to a nullah , midst of industrial area , harmful gases all around . Just few days back a major fire in the chemical factory opposite it took place . Not a very good and safe environment to live in .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I myself have a flat in bella homes. from construction material to maintainance and after sales, no support is there. Water leakage through walls, skirting and cracks in walls and floor is a very common occurrence. After repeated requests builder is not supporting in any repair works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited this morning place when I was searching my own home. Few things I want to mention here:
1) Connectivity is good. It’s situated on old Ambala Panchkula Highway.
2) Ample space for parking.
3) Plots available in affordable prices.
4) Daily needs market is at just few steps.
5) Width of roads are not up to the mark.
6) Less green area. (No park inside)
7) Quality of supply water is not up to the mark.
