★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience bad in terms of Construction quality , fake promises by sales team , especially Pawan Yadav their sales manager. Only fake promises by him. Possesion are getting delayed then promised date. Please stay away from SBP and specially Pawan Yadav.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SBP society is not a good place to live specially for family Recently SBP sales office mr Pawan Yadav Derabassi SBP housing park misbehaved with us. On date 06/12/2021 We were celebrating our family function. He visited with one lady around 12:30 night time and distributed us in our family function. Both were drunk and and discussing about parking issue raised by his tenant last evening . His tenant was using abusive language to ladies in the parking and misbehaved with us. Also fought with our family member. We complained about him but no action has been taken by SBP society. So if anybody ask me about SBP I would definitely say big no to live in this society. There is no security actions against such activities. Secondly we have sent emails to SBP team regarding our flat ongoing construction quality. We were promised to built block walls flat but instead of concrete block , they are using bricks. This is a false commitment done by SBP. They are cheaters and making false commitments. The worst part is after sending so many reminders I have not received a single reply. This is not acceptable at all So my advise is not to go for SBP flats

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience bad in terms of Construction quality , fake promises by sales team , maintenance charges & their accountability & one more things about street dogs inside the society.
No one bothered for that.
I suggest go for other property.

I meet Mr.ravi nd Mr. pawan yadav they guieded my so professionally and they are very well mannared people nd generous kind of human being. Mr. Pawan yadav guided me for insurance. And it was very helpful for me. And at last i decide to choose SBP. And now I m happily living in this society. Thank you?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever buliders experience. False promises is the only thing they do. Sales people do false commitment. CRM people do not know what to do or how to talk.
This is real time review as im resident here and it not like wrong or paid review.
Now some random employee will say if you have any inconveniences plz contact such and such number.
Customer Satisfaction and Conflict Resolution is not in SBP values.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible services received by SBP group. Am very delightful that I've chosen SBP for my dream home. I was planning to buy a flat for so long time, but i couldn't find any perfect one. So then i visit SBP and i met with a great guy Mr. Ravi. he guided me so professionally and also he is a generous and kind human being, and also i had a conversation with his senior executive Mr. Pawan yadav, he guide me with insurance and also with alot of things. So it was my best decision to choose SBP. So now am happily living in SBP. Thank you very much.

Drawback
1. The chemical industries nearby emit lots of pollutants at night time.
2. A dirty drainage going parallel to the society smells very bad.
3. Train track nearby which create lots of noise. The track is hardly 10 feet away from the boundary wall of the society on the backside.
So, In short you will get a 3 -In -1 pollution package here in this society.
Air Pollution, Water Pollution & Noise Pollution. You will feel the SLUM type feeling here.
