★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATS has become unresponsive. its work ethics in noida and in derabassi are totally different. the possession of tower 6 and 7 delayed by 3 years. same is pace of development of surroundings, landscaping of the nala behind and the the inner road. the company is without money it seems as the work is stalled and without developing the inner infra like other less reputed developers they are now launching plots . Overall a missed opportunity for ATS to develop a beautiful housing complex. fighting to get possession in tower 7. stay away and only buy ready to move in flat or plot as the prices are not going anywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Builder has done an extremely good job.. Someone with a vision and commitment to quality. Its an ultimate luxury residential area. Always have been and would be an ATS fan and a proud resident. Customer orientation is exemplary compared to the experience I have had with other builders.

Though the apartments are nicely constructed with solid specifications, there is a high tension wire running through the complex (above the park). This is pure electromagnetic pollution, which can have adverse impact on health.
