Block No B-4, B-5 and B-6 are the most neglected ones...Absolutely no upkeep...no proper maintenance...some naughty boys urinating in the lifts frequently.... Exteriors never given a Snowcem paint.... Only the Blocks in the front are painted to give an attractive look to attract new customers.... Residents feeling cheated....!

The unique thing about Silver City Themes is that it is spacious one. The block wise towers are constructed at a reasonable distance and you can not feel suffocated like many other societies in nearby locality of Zirakpur. It is a सबसे ज्यादा खुली society as the cab drivers, who visit all societies to ferry their customers, often tell me while dropping me home. "My Gate" app security system, good open space with twin parks are additional features. Location wise also, it is nice as on the one hand you can find yourself in Chandigarh or Panchkula within 20 minutes' drive, on the other, you almost save one hour if you venture out for Delhi or Dehradun. By virtue of its location on state highway, local bus service of CTU to commute to Chandigarh and Panchkula is excellent. You simply need to walk to main gate to catch a bus or an auto. In near future, you may also have the privilege of catching an express train from the nearby railway station which presently caters the local passenger trains only. But there is flip side of the coin too. The incomplete construction as per originally designed and approved plan, very poor maintenance, incomplete swimming pool as well as community centre, not a very healthy atmosphere in view of a nearby factory are many slaps on its face. The builder's attitude towards the maintenance is not at all appreciable. You never feel like residing in a society of 21st century and that too in a society which is so near to beautiful city of Chandigarh. Given the fact that it has enough space, Silver City Themes could well be an example if the builder comes out of narrow mindset and single point agenda of minting money. I know many people who are keen to buy a property here, but for the said glitch. For society's maintenance and development, the builder must pump money out of the billions earned by him. Otherwise also, this is a binding on his part. Seeking a legal option is a last alternate. Unfortunately, RWA has its wings clipped as it is a handicapped and powerless body, thanks to incomplete project on date. And who knows for their personal gains, how many of us are partnering with the stakeholders in terms of poor and inefficient maintenance of the society !!

Stray dogs are everywhere. There are more than 50 stray dogs. Avoid this society.

WORST THING IS RWA'S EMPLOYEE naresh. HE IS VERY VERY RUDE WITH EVERYONE I THINK YOU SHOULD DISMISS HIM. AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Very open environment . Huge open spaces , garden and playing park for children . Not a very well kept place , as the builder has not fulfilled his promises of painting the blocks , incomplete community hal , no swimming pool , no govt electricity meteres , no proper outlet for rain water , people are feeling cheated and u happy . Worst is the gases in the air due to industrial area being all around .

Specious flats with all basic amenities nearby.

Very poor quality dealing by Mr Naresh U should dismiss him as soon as possible He is not giving proper service to people specially new people because they never purchased flat through him or his agent. He is not providing temporary dg electricity and temporary meter He is Asking again and again that "apne dealer ko bolo usko sunao us se ldai kro" What is this This person mr naresh making your society system tooo poor
