★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the apartments in Rosewood Estate is awesome. GBP is working very good and it's delivering the best quality to the peoples. Cleanness and architecture of the rosewood estate is wonderful. No issue of water and electricity. Everything is available here in doorstep

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys.. I would say "Don't purchase this property". I purchased a flat from the builder 3 years back.
Things they hide are..
1) they are not GBP..
2) Construction quality is extremely poor. There is an incident where false ceiling collapsed in one of my neighborhood..
3) Poor quality paint.. when you go for inspection please rub your handkerchief slightly on wall ..it will turn white..
4) knock on the walls.. they sound empty.. lack of cement in plaster.
5) Once you buy the flat, they suddenly turn from polite to rude.. this is what happened to me when I complained about construction quality..
6) I feel betrayed and cheated.. please suggest me where can I go for complains and what legal action can I take..
What is good..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommend to anyone because of water supply & electric supply problem is very common. Builders are good but staff attitude is not good. After sale service is zero. No network coverage in society. All mobile networks are fail in GBP

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have buy the flat from them they have sell me seapage flat to me at the time of purchase the owner Sandeep Mittal promise us if there is any problem they will solve it but after getting all the money they walked away.
2. Issued my name electricity meter and used in some other place by Ravi ESTONIA associates i have pay 2500 rs from my pocket.
I would suggest not to buy homes from him they are totatally lying at time of purchase after getting money they pretend like they did not know you.
