★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A well planned gated society, security is good, market is nearby and all the amenities are available. But doesn’t have any place to workout (gym or swimming pool). And the worst part is the road leading up to it, it’s in a very bad state.

I got my flat on time ,mentioned by company.
I have not only single reason to praise them there are several.
- Supporting staff
- Best location
- Timely delivered project
- Best facilities
- Official staff helped a lot in official formalities.
I would like to say those who are adding fake reviews , nothing gonna happen with this...quality and commitment matters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am one of the unfortunate individuals who had applied for a flat to live in 2011. I have had a bad experience with this builder. The project is behind schedule by three years. The quality of construction is very very poor. There is very heavy seepage. The garrages both stilt parking and the sheds on the periphery are small and the material used for the shed is of poor and inferior quality. The team of people employed is non responsive and always express their helplessness to rectify even the smallest of defects/ problems. Overall a bad Project. Perspective buyers are advised to avoid investing their hard earned money into this dead Project.

They promised to take care of Construction quality, Promised to give an INVERTER on possession, Promised to have a Club House - NOTHING IS DONE IN LAST 3 YEARS- THEY ARE JUST GREEDY PEOPLE, ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY, Not concerned about you at all !! I am a resident of Maya Garden City and I DO NOT RECOMMEND BARNALA BUILDERS (MAYA GARDEN CITY) to anyone - THEY ARE SIMPLY FRAUDSTERS !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located on Delhi highways. Close approach to markets, factory outlets, KFC, Mc d. Park for children in the society. Grocery store is available in the society flats are just okay okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a horrible place to stay. Buying this property is totally a loss. Anyone looking for buying a property, please stay away from this society. Problems faced are as follows -
1. Poor quality construction
2. Water seepage
3. No security guard in the night, gates are open all night.
4. No maintenance of the building
5. Power cut all time (only inside the society). Inspite of having generator, they are not operated and as a result, lift are not working.
6. Issue with the builder. Very arrogant builder.
7. Theft is a coomon issue now a days.
8. No action taken after complaining to maintanence.
Think twice before you invest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good society.. Apartments are beautifully designed.. In front of every apartment there is a park to play or to walk which is also properly maintained.. Even the market, mall, theater, decathlon, schools, restaurants are nearby it.. The entry is also of full of security..
