★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst builder in Tricity. Did not keep his promises after possession. Worst construction quality that cracks in complete flat. Maintenance cost is too high but zero maintenance. No government electricity and club house and all other amenities are from Motiaz Builder. If you go ahead for club house booking then being a part of bliss orra resident you can't book that. So every promise that builder is making before possession turned out to be fake. Think thrice before taking flat in Bliss Orra.

Doesn't have separate RWA as builder has clubbed it with Motiaz Royal City. 2 Societies within a single boundary. Fire Extinguishers and system not installed even after 2 years of taking possession. Hundreds of dogs don't let u sleep. Common roads undulating.
