★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst security system...number of thefts have already happened in the society...still the security guards allow any outsider to enter and leave the premises at their own will....people get stuck in elevators often....not a single elevator is fitted with automatic rescue devices....bad quality of craftmanship in building the flats as the walls and balconies are curved and not in a straight normal line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor maintenance. Generally residents stuck in t lifts n compentant officials do not bother. Even in new towers lifts remains out of order. Residents living in t society not satisfied. In Many flats thieves have broken t locks due to poor security system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had lived in this society on rent for many years and i must say that out of all societies i have lived in (as i have a travelling job i have lived in many societies in delhi, mumbai, chandigarh etc. ) this was probably the best maintained and quaint society that i found. There was the occasional issue but compared to the other societies that i have lived in especially zirakpur i found orbit to the best as far as the flat quality, location and also maintenance is concerned. i only hope that one day i can afford to buy a flat here were a bit out of my budget earlier

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flats are nice & premium but poor maintenance & security is getting worse day by day. Recently there have been few thefts in the society but no improvement in security or any measures taken to prevent the same. Lifts aren't safe and people can get stuck for hours. Cement plaster has started coming out at few places. Overall maintenance needs a lot of improvement.
