The staff at sales office of this project is very rude and ill mannered.If any clarification is sought from them ,then they threat because of not having any proper answer to the query.
Material used here us substandard, water pipes have choked and no replacement of them.
Position of staircase is so pathetic that one cant use them.
Allottment of parking has also done in a biased way.Residents who park their vehicle on ground floor (because of non allotment at basement),their cars are blocked in such a way that it becomes a everyday struggle to take out and in,their vehicles and daily they have to waste plenty of time to overcome this.
Authorities dont like to hear any complaint about this,neither the authorities nor the association try to solve the problem if the residents.
It has become everyday struggle for the residents.
Club house has also been locked after inauguration .

Cons: Material used by builder is pathetic, Management do not listen to the problems of people of society. People living here don't know how to park thier vehicles and it's a hub of doggies littering around here and there.
