Their sales representatives are as if they sell Rolls Royce. They wish to get a background check and later spit venom like you can’t afford a flat.
Full of Arrogance as if these sales guys are on free spree giving away flats and the customers are not willing to take their alms.
To sell you need perseverance and patience. Customers won’t behave as per your whims and fancies.
And Mr Builder, please have some respect for customers and you may also like to work on helping the sick people at your sales office like Mr Tarun and Mr Abhishek and many more …

It is a Mini India where Ganesh utsav to Diwali all are celebrated with great enthusiasm. Close to Chandigarh and Panchkula and VIP Road shopping area. Go for it if you want good living at a value for money price.
