โ โ โ โ โ This is newly built project which is close to main road and shopping complexes. Space utilisation is very good. It has various amenities like pool, gym, party hall and well maintained park.

According to me the only issue is Location. The main entry from Chandigarh-Delhi Highway is too jammed as of now.

โ โ โ โ โ I have visited la prisma many times . This housing building is quite clean and green. One of the safe and secure societies in Zirakpur ambala road. Not very big, but well maintained park and swimming pool offers a gorgeous view. Three bhk rooms are spacious and have good amount of light and air. The most important part is safety. Every passenger and guest get clicked by staff and record is maintained to avoid crimes. I really appreciate the efforts of the society to keep it neat and clean.

โ โ โ โ โ Had a great experiance looking for flats in the developing area of zirakpur. They had all the requirements my family needed in a flat whether you want to rent it out or for your own stay at the society.
They had an underground club house including all indoor activities and enough amount of parking space.
If you are looking for flats or for rented appartment you should must visit here once.

โ โ โ โ โ Location is good, design and floor pan is also good, view from flat is amazing. However construction quality is very low. During ac installation it was seen that the wall can't hold nails, and there was no cement at all it was only chuna which turn into dust even with hand touching and keep coming out. The curtain hangers can't hold curtain weight and curtain fell down. Another drawback is electric switch/board position, if you are going to install a tv of 65" it's almost impossible to install it at proper height. Electric boards are too high for tv. It could have been better if build quality was also good. However it will look good from distance but not value for money.
